Editorial Board

The Publication Committe elects the Editor-in-Chief, the Editor-in-Chief elects Editors and the Scientific Board:

The Editor-in-Chief elects the editors and proposes the members for the Scientific Board. The Board of Directors appoints other editors and board members on the recommendation of the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief acts independently in accordance with the Journal's editorial policy, which is proposed and adopted by the Journal's Board of Directors and approved by the Publication Committee.

The Publication Committee holds all publication rights and has a contract with the current publisher, which acts as the de facto publisher for the association. The members of the association elect a board of directors to serve as the publication body and oversee the editorial work.
